Vietnamese Pho Beef and Chicken Soup

Have you ever tried to cook a Vietnamese Pho Beef and Chicken Soup?

This is an easy recipe to share with your family and friends!

Portion for 6 people

1 litre of beef broth
1/2 litre of water
200gr beef fillet
200gr breast chicken
200gr rice spaghetti
100gr carrot
100gr celery
1 medium blond onion
1 shallot
4 garlic cloves
50gr fresh ginger
300gr courgettes
300gr broccoli
4 close cup mushrooms
1/2 chilly
1/2 lime
2 table spoon of olive oil
3 table spoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
2 teaspoon whole cloves
2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon fennel seeds
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
2 teaspoon ground tumeric 
2 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt (add more if you like)
4 cardamom pods opened (use only the internal part)
4 star anice
50gr fresh coriander
 

Finely dice all the ingredients except chicken and beef which need to be cut in small fine slices.

In a large pot put the broth and 500ml of water, add all the ingredients except rice spaghetti, chicken, meat and fresh coriander and boil for 25 minutes.
Then add chicken, meat fresh coriander rice spaghetti and 500ml of water and boil for other 3/4 minutes.

Mix everything and your Vietnamese Pho Beef and Chicken Soup is ready!
