Pain
Pain is an intense experience that affecting all dimensions of your body and mind.
Treatment of chronic pain is very challenging however research studies have demonstrated scientifically that mindfulness and
meditation, Yoga and Nutrition can improve pain symptoms. The practice of mindfulness meditation can significantly alter the subjective experience of pain, this is because this practice engages with brain mechanisms that attenuate the experience of pain after less than 1 week (Zeidan et al, 2016).
Yoga and Nutrition can reduce the inflammation and significantly decrease your pain (Elma et al, 2020; Chang et al, 2016).
Anxiety, Stress & Sadness
Anxiety and stress are very common feelings. They are part of our everyday lives, and everyone will experience
some degree of anxiety or stress at some point. However, for some people, anxiety and stress dominate their lives and leave little room for pleasure or joy.
If you know what is causing your anxiety, it is maybe easier to manage it.
There are different techniques that can help you to overcome anxiety or stress that overwhelms your life.
Scientifically research has demonstrated that mindfulness and meditation can provide relief from stress, anxiety, depression and sadness
(Zeidan et al, 2016).
