Yoga Healing will improve flexibility, balance, increase strengths in your muscles, breathing capacity in your lungs, take care of your joints and fill your heart with joy and calmness.
Yoga Healing will teach you how to love and take care of yourself.
I am not flexible, can I do Yoga Healing?
Yes, of course. Everyone can do Yoga Healing. You don’t have to touch your toes or bend like a willow to participate to Yoga Healing.
Remember you shouldn’t have to fit Yoga, Yoga Healing will fit you.
You will be encouraged to feel your body and execute poses comfortable for you and in your unique way being kind and gentle to your body.
I will introduce you to the poses and suggest adjustments and changes to make you feel comfortable.
Practicing Yoga Healing will make you feel positive changes after a couple of weeks but my students said that they felt benefits just after the first lesson.

It will provide a space for reflection and foster kindness toward yourself.
Classes are available through out the week to suit different levels of ability and lifestyles.
Private individual and group lessons are available by arrangement.
About Me
Francesca Muratore works as an Orthotist, Yoga Teacher and Health & Life Coach in Scotland.
She graduated with a degree in Prosthetics-Orthotics from the University of Genoa in Italy. She also holds an MRes in Health Research and is working toward a PhD in Health Sciences.
Francesca completed a 200 hour teacher training course in 2021 and graduated as a Yoga Teacher with Seasonal Yoga in Glasgow.
Francesca has been passionate about sports since she was a toddler and she has been playing softball since 1995.
She practised a great variety of sports including snowboarding, dancing, horse riding, squash, climbing, hillwalking, gymnastics, swimming and rollerblading.
