Pasta with Broccoli pesto and olives

Suitable for Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten Free

Portion for 2 people

180 gr of pasta (gluten free if you want)
300 gr of broccoli
2 garlic cloves
1 chilly
20 black olives
A handful of parsley
1 anchovy (only if are not vegetarian or vegan)
1 table spoon of coconut milk
1 table spoon of olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Boil broccoli when they are cooked put them in the blender and
add all the other ingredients except olives.
Blitz until you obtain a cream.
Cut the olives in 2
Cook pasta, put it in a pan add broccoli sauce and olives.
Cook on a low flame for 1 minute

Ready to eat!
